The garden is laid out to the south of the palace

The palace is finished

The garden, the royal stables and the riding house are completed

The duke increasingly loses interest in the Solitude complex

Carl Eugen moves the military academy to Solitude Palace

He has lost interest entirely once and for all

 The Solitude raceway in the Glems valley is used for car and motorcycle races
